Thirsty?

We all know water is the best drink out there. It’s hydrating, zero calories, and just plain good for you. But let’s be real — sometimes water just feels boring, and you want something with a little extra oomph. That’s when sugary drinks like juice and soda start to look tempting.
Here’s the catch though: those drinks are loaded with sugar. Like, a lot of sugar. After downing a whole can or bottle, you might start feeling a little regret about that choice. Take my personal fave soda — Sprite. I love how refreshing it is, and maybe because it’s clear, it made me feel less guilty. Anyone who’s had a McDonald’s Sprite knows it hits different. But after I finish a medium-sized McDonalds Sprite or any Sprite, I know it wasn’t the healthiest move.
Fun fact: a can of Sprite has about 38 grams of sugar. Only recently did I start really paying attention to the sugar content in drinks, and it’s made me want to find better options. Sugar-free sodas are an option, but let’s be honest — they don’t really do much good for you either. So if sugar-free isn’t the answer, what is?

Enter Olipop. If you haven’t heard of it yet, Olipop is a soda alternative packed with good stuff like prebiotics and fiber that support your digestion — and it only has 2-5 grams of sugar and 50 calories or less per can. Plus, it’s non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, and keto-friendly.
Olipop has 18 different flavors, and I’ve got a few favorites: Crisp Apple, Classic Grape, Orange Squeeze, Ginger Ale, Tropical Punch, and of course, Lemon Lime. I definitely recommend giving Olipop a try — I’m pretty sure there’s a flavor that will hit the spot for you. Not only will it quench your thirst, but your gut will thank you too.
If you’ve already tried Olipop, drop your favorite flavor in the Share your thoughts box below. I’d love to hear what you think!
