Welcome to the 20 Something Reset blog! I’m a 27 year old and after being diagnosed as pre-diabetic, I decided it’s time to take control and start living a healthier life to fight off diabetes. As a young person, it’s easy to push health aside when you're juggling work, social life, and everything in between. You tell yourself, “I’ll make the change... just not today.” But here’s the thing—change doesn’t happen without motivation and a solid plan. So, let’s kick off this journey together and make it happen!
